I am a Mechanical Engineering student (BE, 2023–2026) at Annai College of Engineering and Technology, Kumbakonam, currently holding a CGPA of 8.59.
My foundation was built during a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Government Polytechnic College, Valangaiman, where I scored 95%. I gained real-world manufacturing exposure through an internship at KALI BMH SYSTEMS (P) LTD — a heavy engineering plant — working on CNC machining, quality inspection, and design support.
I am passionate about precision-driven design: from dimension-accurate 2D drafting in AutoCAD to full parametric 3D assemblies in SolidWorks. I also enjoy applied problem solving — such as designing an embedded anti-collision system using Arduino and Embedded C.
Designed and developed an obstacle detection and automatic braking system using Arduino. Integrated ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) for real-time distance measurement. Programmed control logic using Embedded C in Arduino IDE. Interfaced L298N motor driver to control DC motors. Implemented automatic stop mechanism to prevent vehicle collision. Tested and calibrated sensor response for improved safety accuracy.
Designed a multi-directional belt conveyor system capable of operating in horizontal, inclined, and vertical directions for flexible material handling. Integrated a 360° rotating base mechanism to allow full directional movement and easy positioning in limited workspace. Ensured smooth material transfer using a stable belt drive system with proper support and alignment. Developed a compact and mobile structure suitable for industrial and educational demonstration applications.
